South African digital lender TymeBank has enlisted the help of artificial intelligence-powered conversational banking technology provider Finn AI to build a financial fitness coach called Max.
Max is a conversational assistant that helps TymeBank customers learn about their money including how they can enhance their financial profile, improve their credit score, and get ahead using goal-based savings.
The new virtual assistant is available within the TymeCoach Android and iOS apps as well as in Facebook Messenger and Facebook Messenger Lite.
