Canadian virtual assistant startup Finn AI is tapping Visa's developer platform to expand its conversational banking chatbot's capabilities.
Vancouver-based Finn AI will use Visa's APIs to make its chatbot's interactions with bank customers more personalised.
The startup give the example of helping a travelling cardholder: chatting with the bot to turn on travel notifications, getting foreign exchange rates, finding ATMs, and disabling lost cards.
