The free Regions Scholar Athlete Game - available as Android and iOS apps - sees players drive, pitch and putt their way through life as a collegiate golfer.

Aimed at 15- to 22-year-old students and their parents, the game is designed to help youngsters learn banking fundamentals as they save for goals and to pay things like tuition and books during their education.

Michele Elrod, head, marketing, Regions, says: "We hope educators, parents and students will find this to be an effective educational tool to help young people develop core personal finance skills that will serve them well throughout their lives."
