The month-long 'Be Your Possible' campaign will see Barclaycard use its Facebook page to promote financial literacy, focusing on a different theme each week: small business; education and career; investing and saving; and personal finance and credit savvy.

Authors, experts and business leaders will provide advice while visitors to the page will be encouraged to share their money-related ideas and aspirations.

Women are also being asked to submit their personal goals for a chance to win financial support. Each week one submission will be selected and awarded $10,000 to help them reach their 'financial possible'.

Kathy Kreusch Cobb, chief people officer, Barclaycard, says: "Beyond our colleagues, we wanted to build a community for women to engage in dialogue to help them reach their financial possible. By creating this space, we hope to empower women to make smart financial decisions."
