Standard Bank Namibia has replaced its fleet of ATMs with self-service terminals from Diebold.
Three teams consisting of a Diebold service engineer and two Standard Bank Namibia staff will handle the entire installation, which involves removing the existing ATMs and replacing them with the Diebold terminals. The team will also carry out extensive testing of the systems.
The agreement marks Diebold's first ATM contract win in Namibia.
