The migration deadline for Sepa credit transfers and direct debits is less than 18 months away, meaning that Irish customers need to convert their existing Bban information to the Sepa required standards: BIC and Iban.

The Irish Payment Services Organisation has now picked Sentenial to provide a service to make this happen.

Sean Fitzgerald, CEO, Sentenial, says: "Now that the mandatory deadline for migration to Sepa has been set, it is vital for all corporates to begin evaluating their readiness for Sepa. If approached correctly, Sepa can offer many organisations key business opportunities and a platform for European expansion."
