Bank of America has hired former Goldman Sachs chief technology officer Michael Dubno to head up its global markets and research technology business.
Citing an internal memo, Dow Jones, says Dubno will join BofA on 19 January, reporting to Jim Kelly, head of global banking, markets and wealth management technology and operations.
The new hire spent 20 years at Goldman, holding the position of CTO between 2002 and 2005 and leading the team that designed its risk management system architecture.
Earlier this week, BofA's president of global corporate banking Cathy Bessant was named global technology and operations executive as part of a major management reshuffle by new CEO Brian Moynihan.
