Netherlands-based wholesale securities specialist Kas Bank has inked a two and a half year contract with Atos Origin for the outsourcing of mainframe services.
The deal will see Kas Bank's mainframe services in Amsterdam, London and Wiesbaden move to Atos Origin's European data centre in Essen, Germany.
Atos says this will enable Kas Bank to be flexible in freeing up the capacity it needs and maintain compliance with requirements such as the SAS70 auditing statement.
