BNY ConvergEx is to provide users of its Eze order management system with direct access to options algorithms developed by Credit Suisse's Advanced Execution Services (AES) unit.
Credit Suisse says mutual clients can now access its full suite of automated, algorithmic trading strategies - including Pathfinder, Sniper and Delta Adjusted - via the Eze OMS.
"Our integration with Credit Suisse expands our clients' choices for executing option orders," says Tom Gavin, CEO of Eze Castle Software and director of BNY ConvergEx. "The integration will leverage the technology of our algorithmic trading framework which uses plug-and-trade technology that enables clients to access algorithms directly from the OMS blotter for one-click execution."
Brent Kochuba, Head of AES Options Sales. "This partnership with Eze allows us to seamlessly integrate our strategies into our clients' workflow."
Last month Credit Suisse appointed Manny Santayana as head of sales at its advanced execution services (AES) unit, replacing industry veteran Richard Balarkas who announced a surprise move to Instinet Europe in December.
