Kazakhstan's Alliance Bank is to implement the Finacle universal banking system from Infosys as the cornerstone of a business transformation initiative.
The bank will use Finacle for its core banking, Internet banking, customer relationship management, and treasury operations.
"We are overhauling our IT systems to meet our changing business requirements," says Alexey Vorontsov, MD (project office), Alliance Bank. "We chose Finacle for the comprehensive breadth of the solution, scalability, retail orientation and its proven ability to deliver on complex and large scale projects."
Infosys' regional partner CMA Small Systems will assist in the implementation of the technology.
