An extension of Microsoft's Small Business Center Web site, Startup Center is a free online guide that provides step-by-step advice and resources that small-business owners need when they start their business.

Startup Center users are directed to integrated content supplied by Bank of America and MasterCard for information on setting up business accounts, insurance, payroll management and payment cards.
