Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has won a seven year contract to provide IT services to Caceis, a European provider of custody, depositary, fund administration and corporate trust services.

Caceis, which is equally owned by Credit Agricole and Natixis, provides services to institutional and corporate clients in six European countries.

CSC says it will consolidate and transform Caceis's IT production infrastructures in Europe through the establishment of a standard operating environment.

The vendor will provide IT management and support services for all mainframe and midrange operations.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
