Finamex went live with e-trading system this month. TradingScreen says its technology will enable Finamex's buy-side client to analyse, evaluate and respond to market events in real time.

Carlos Ramirez, head of electronic trading services for Finamex, says as the Mexican market begins to take up e-trading, buy-side clients are looking for fast and reliable service that will bring them a competitive advantage.

"TradingScreen's platform and tools will allow us to facilitate order routing to the Mexican Stock Exchange, execution management and real straight-through-processing (STP) according to our customer's individual needs," adds Ramirez.

He says the TradingScreen team will continue to work with Finamex on an ongoing basis on the development and deployment of trading methods and processes.
