Danish payments body Payment Business Services (PBS) has inked a deal to provide card payment processing services to HandelsFinans, a subsidary of French consumer credit group LaSer.
In addition to delivering card processing services, PBS will provide Denmark-based HandelsFinans with notification and billing services.
PBS says the collaboration is the first it has established with a financing company on a North European level, and in particular the deal will strengthen its presence in the Nordic market.
Susanne Brønnum, assistant managing director, PBS, says: "This agreement confirms that we are very competitive internationally with regard to the handling of payments and services on the card area."
