The bank says the system will support its plans to extend product and services offerings and expand its branch network. Symbols will incorporate front-to-back office activity at the bank's 34 branches.

Trinh Van Tuan, VIBank's chairman, comments: "Our bank has set out a plan to expand the current branch network of 34 branches, grow total assets, grow the number of customers, and widen range of products and services."

The vendor says VIB selected the platform based on technical specifications, operational compatibility, technical scalability, service standards and management.
