Calypso Europe is the ATM processing and estate management arm of Triton, which is the largest provider of off-premise cash machines and ATM management software in North America.

Under terms of the agreement, Calypso Europe will take over Cash Point Machines' ATM estate and management services and InfoCash's ATM estate, repair and warehousing operations.

The vendor says the two acquisitions translate into processing agreements worth $15 million in ATM transactions annually.

Brian Kett, president, Triton, says the acquisitions "will allow us to provide Triton technical, and processing support offering to our partners and customers in the UK market".

Calypso Europe will provide expanded ATM processing, monitoring and management services to ATM firms in the UK.
