The bank currently uses the vendor's cash management platform to provide services to corporate customers in Norway and Sweden. The new agreement will see the technology rolled out to customers across all Nordea operating countries.

The platform comprises of TietoEnator's PBS corporate account/cash management and finance portal applications from the vendor's global solutions portfolio.

TietoEnator says the system will enable the bank to provide corporate customers across the region with a range of Web-based cash management products, including cross-border capabilities, sweeping and topping, zero balancing, inter company lending, balance netting, and notional pooling.

The vendor says the deal covers implementation and roll-out of services as well as 24/7 support services.
