Dolan joined CR2 in September 2004 from Misys Group where he was general manager of the Dubai office. He previously held executive board positions within Kindle Banking Systems.

CR2 says existing chief executive Kinsella is leaving the company "to pursue other interests". He remains a director and a significant shareholder in the firm.

VC-funded CR2 was established in 1997 by ex-Kindle staffers Kinsella and Ron Downey.
