Under the deal, HotSpot will route electronic FX transactions over TNS' Secure Trading Extranet, which transports trading information and data using the Financial Information eXchange (FIX/FIXML) protocol.

John Eley, president and CEO of Hotspot FX, says the ability to access Hotspot FXi's anonymous, instantaneous, multibank FX marketplace will open new opportunities to investors who already trade instruments over the network.
