Bloomberg is to distribute streaming foreign exchange market data from Hotspot FXi over its Professional service.
Hotspot FXi's proprietary data feed will provide Bloomberg Professional subscribers with spot FX market data for all major currency pairs and crosses.
John Eley, CEO, Hotspot FXi, says the partnership with Bloomberg is the first time Hotspot FXi data will be available via an external vendor.
"The Bloomberg venture marks the next stage of our business development strategy to work with outside industry participants to leverage our market data and transactional capabilities," says Eley.
