Canada's Natcan Investment Management is implementing Eagle Investment Systems' data hub, portfolio management and client reporting products.
Natcan is deploying the Eagle Pace data hub, which will be used to consolidate various third-party data feeds and centralise the firm's the data management processes.
The company will also roll out the the vendor's client reporting module, the browser-based Eagle Portal and the Eagle Performance package - which includes applications for investment portfolio performance, performance attribution and analysis and reporting.
Commenting on the roll out, Sam Reda, president and COO, Natcan Investment Management, says: "With the significant increase in the number of portfolios that we manage, it was becoming increasingly necessary to invest in our information technology systems and to implement optimal data centralisation strategies and straight- through processes."
Eagle says its professional services team in Toronto will manage the implementation in collaboration with Natcan's IT team in Montreal.
