UK bank Lloyds TSB has licensed i-flex solutions' core banking software, Flexcube, to support its international banking operations.
The software will initially be used to support loans administration and syndicated lending processes at the bank's US branches.
I-flex says the software will also be deployed across Lloyds TSB's other international branches.
Ernie Battey, product marketing director, Lloyds TSB, says: "We are pleased to be working with i-flex on this assignment in contributing to heightened efficiency of operations and improved customer service for our corporate clients."
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
