Peking-based Agriculture Bank of China (ABC), one of the four largest state-owned commercial banks in the country, has contracted with Wincor Nixdorf for the supply of up to 500 cash machines.
Under the contract, Wincor Nixdorf will supply the bank with 200 machines immediately, with a further 300 units in the order pipeline for September.
The machines will be customised for use by ABC customers and will be modified to include extra services as required.
Mr Cao GuYa, IT general manager, ABC Bank, says: "These modern ATMs mean ABC Bank is able to provide its range of self-service financial services even faster and closer to the customer."
