The new company, TietoEnator Support, will be 60% owned by the vendor and will employ 24 people from Hansabank's current on-site services staff and 4 people from TietoEnator Eesti. Pekka Orenius from TietoEnator has been nominated as acting CEO.

Hansbank chief information officer Olli Heinonen, says it is expected that the joint venture will also take over on-site support for the banks activities in Latvia and Lithuania.
