Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago has contracted with LogicaCMG for the supply and implementation of an interbank real time gross settlement (RTGS) platform and government securities settlement system.
The bank will use LogicaCMG's RTGS solution to implement interbank settlement for high value payments while the vendor's Central Securities System will enable the auction, trading and settlement of government securities.
The two systems will be connected using Model 1 Delivery Versus Payment (DVP).
