The UK firm, which raised £O.6 million in short term loans to smooth over liquidity problems in July, says the cash raised from the placing will be used for working capital purposes. A proportion of the proceeds will be applied to the company's new US Data Centre facility, EasyXchange, which was previewed to prospective clients in Chicago in November.

Hosted and fully maintained by EasyScreen, the US data centre is a mirror of the company's London ASP facility for multiple exchange trading.
