Trading technology firm EasyScreen has appointed Peter Scott Hodgson as chief executive officer and Patrick Edward Hamar Paines as a non-executive director.
Hodgson previously served as the commercial director of Datapro Computers, a division of 4 Front Group, and as the divisional manager of Technology Group.
He replaces Philip Docker who previously held the roles of CEO and chairman. Docker will stay on at the firm as chairman and will focus on expanding existing business and driving sales in the US.
Prior to joining EasyScreen, Paines held positions at Cazenove & Co, NatWest Markets (Africa) and Cannaccord Capital Europe. He currently sits on the boards of Cobra Beer UK and Indian Restaurants Ltd.
Both Hodgson and Paines will be based in London.
