Dow Jones has teamed with Client Dynamics to develop a wealth management system designed to enhance customer relationships by linking client content preferences with financial interests.
The partnerships aims to provide financial advisers and investment managers with "frequent, meaningful reasons to contact clients" by using Client Dynamics' software to map Dow Jones' news and information to customised profiles of client interests.
Paul Ingrassia, president of Dow Jones Newswires, comments: "Dow Jones Wealth Manager will offer a stream of relevant information enabling frequent client communication by proactively linking content across a host of client interests."
The service will provide content from Dow Jones Newswires, The Wall Street Journal, Barron's and SmartMoney as well as third-party information and specialised features for wealth managers, covering topics such as estate planning, long-term care and alternative investments. All of this information will be collated by Client Dynamics' software and returned as customisable client and prospect interest profiles.
The service is scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2004.
