Japanese financial services firm Tokio Marine Financial Solutions has installed IPC Information Systems' IQMX voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) desktops across its new trading facility in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
Eric Jiobu, head of systems at Tokio Marine Financial Solutions, says: "IPC's trading systems play an important role at our new facilities by enabling us to communicate with our customers more effectively."
IPC says its VoIP desktop will also enable Tokio Marine to integrate applications - both proprietary and third party - on the trading desktop.
