@Joao, I looked at your linkedIN profile and Bank of the Future architecture. Methdology is good and it has worked for several banks. One of the observation in design is the huge change management and migration needed and managing it has its own art and science.
Kudos to you and your team for managing so many of implementations successfully.

@Joao - You may be right but, any bank with legacy system need to face such things as they may be having outdated performance monitoring tools which has not pre-empted them.
For bulky banks ( Those use mainframes and unoptimised coded software) need to be careful with their change management, testing before making design or UX changes.

Mr Balasubramaniam, I can share some insights based on my interactions with few P2P lendeing startups.
Lending space has been in High Risk area where in new enterents have found new risk management criterias to create risk profile and ranking. P2P Lending is happening with various models such as bill payment patterns of high risk ( Propsect for Telecom led payments bank and players), building risk score as function of existing debt, income sources and prospects.

Apart from PayTM, UltraCash (www.ultracash.in) - mPOS and Wallet company in India has also launched it ( PayTM may be learned it from UltraCash becuase PayTM wants to partner with small shop retail owners)!!

Forecast seems to be considering dimensions from AI, Biotech, Machine learning etc... should have considered how all this reinforce Terrorists activities ( as seen in last few months) ...we may see rise of cyber attacks and biotech based weapons !!!
Hope WEF also focus on advent in bridging gaps across the globe on financial, social and health status of citizens to protect all kinds of lifes.
