Trying to jump on the hype train I see. All NYSE has to do is allow direct crypto investment and they will be fine but I guess that will never happen.

Hoping it won't be messy either and that global banks do their part in upgrading. Truth is the DeFi eco-system has blind sided everyone in finance, even many crypto vetererns are not very aware of the automatic financial services within DeFi. Looking forward to what Railsbank provides down the line, as it seems crypto is in sight for Railsbank.

The figure $100k may seem insane to a new comer to crypto but all you need to do is look back when the BTC market and global interest was less but it will still 10x in bull cycle. Taking that into considrations $100k USD can be considered a tame pridiction.

One major difference crypto asset and crypto exchanges have from regular exchanges and asset is the fact the custody is part built into the exchange and the crypto assets in custody can be moved globally 24/7 and fast. It makes these crypto exchanges pretty much better banks/exchanges--crypto banks. "The concept of time and space that exists in conventional finance does not, in this case. That is key to the future." This point you made is what is going on right now. Now anyone can do finance.

Interesting the merge of crypto finance and gaming. Lot of these big video games are economies and so merging physical world economies and digitial game economies seems possible now with crypto. These open-source crypto solutions are going to be useful moving forward.

I agree. I haven't seen much examples really the first thing that comes to mind if RobinHood (satisfing UI/UX feedback and TRON like style) but its not exactly a banking app. One thing I've recently been thinking about is that almost everything is being gamified now anyway (probably next topic ill write about myself). So the risk of looking gimmicky is less then not doing anything at all.

This should be much more understood. Great stuff here! Who would of thought, making things engaging is better. You'd think some of these banks/financial service would figure that out by now.

The tools are getting much more accessable by the way. This is evident with the number of new crypto based companies that are being started every year. Before you'd have to contact PayPal or your bank to do fintech and now you can just use open-source crypto software.
