Take a look at Bank Audi in the Lebanon - their Novo project - on YouTube: seen it in action - great "experience"

Shame the service is only available during "working hours" - presume they are bank working hours? Excellent idea but missing out on seeing the need from the customers perspective. Including evenings and week-ends would be an idea?

This innovation works - how do I know? Because when introduced in Abbey Natioanl in the UK (Costa Coffee) business rose by 23% - plus customer had a much improved experience!  

Like this idea - something I have encouraged client s to do for some time. Important that the senior guys have taken on this responsibility
