I just wanted to share this with the Finextra community. I was going to put it in 'best of the web' but it's not really news, or financial or...well, we all remember Citi and how its staff did not need social media to do their jobs....

This is running around Twitter at the moment, so for those allergic to Twitter, here is good old reliable Dilbert.
