Crypto Market Loss Isn’t Affecting Generative Art NFTs as Their Values Surge!

Even though the crypto market is witnessing a huge recession, a sub-domain of NFTs is blowing whistles in the secondary market. This is attributed to the seasonal popularity of a kind of NFTs at times, with generative art NFTs getting their attention this time.

Generative art sales have surged over the last few weeks, with many popular collections gaining from the rising interest. One of the starters has been William Mapan’s “Anticyclone,” which came at 0.75 ETH when it was released earlier in April. The floor price for one of the 800 unique artworks climbed throughout June, and even the cheapest ones are selling for more than 5.4 ETH on secondary markets.

Other collections such as Dragon collections from Mapan, Chromie Squiggle from Snowfro, Meridian from Matt DesLauriers, and Archetype from Kjetil Golid have similarly seen their floor prices surging despite the crypto market showing discouraging signs of improvement. This indicates that enthusiasts still believe in the intrinsic value that NFTs bring, similar to real-world artworks and artifacts.

Generative art is still a lesser-known niche within the NFT world, but it’s grown phenomenally over the last year. While PFP-based NFT projects such as Bored Ape Yacht Club have occupied headlines for their growth, famous collections like Tyler Hobbs’ Fidenza have helped generative art gain much-needed reach. Such NFT collections have attracted NFT collectors who had focused on digital artworks earlier.

Although popular generative art NFT collections have seen a rise in popularity and prices, most stay relatively in the same position as before, echoing the statement of fame being celebrated first. Also, the community sentiments reflect the fact that the cryptocurrency market’s fall does not mean everything goes down that has been channeled to popularize generative art NFTs.

If you want to utilize the mini-boom inside the NFT world with a generative art collection as a business, there are a few firms that master these skills. Such firms have access to talented artists and developers who can help mint your generative art NFT items according to your business needs. You can even build a community based on them, similar to Bored Ape Yacht Club, or provide exclusive utilities to NFT holders. Anyways, it’s time to plan quickly so that you can place a step toward growth in Web 3.0.
