The Lights Are On In The Bank, But Is No-one Home?

Be the first to comment

Seeing everyone in the office is either calling in loans, asking for credit, twiddling their thumbs, or contemplating a career change, perhaps board members should pick the name of another bank out of a hat (in the likely event they fail to reach a consensus), and arrange a meeting with their opposite members, sign some NDA's and peruse each others' privates.

You're not looking for love, and don't necessarily have to contemplate marriage, you're looking for an 'arrangement'. See if you are compatible with each other and if so, do some business. You might even make a public declaration of your romance so others can follow your lead, and maybe even join the tryst.

Don't just sit there waiting for someone else to save what you're sitting on. It isn't going to happen.

If you don't then it'll look suspiciously like you have something to hide.

Be a leader, form or join a team, survive - or is it really that bad and you're pretty well all duds?
