The credit crisis has made it more difficult for fraudsters to set up fake accounts so they are increasingly targeting existing bank accounts instead, according to a report from a group of MPs.

While there is some reporatge of the latest report by the All Party Parliamentary Group on ID Fraud, I cannot find the APPG's report, or even its press release anywhere. The APPG's website (www.fhcreative.co.uk/idfraud) appears to be a year out of date.
Does anyone know where to find the report?
