we dont talk anymore about IQ neither of EQ no the new word is AQ .

AQ adaptability quality and the former I is innovation .

this is the quality we require for new talents .

And on the same time lag we need to invest in retention of people , we have a war for talent and we gave KPI for the line managers on retention.

the difference will lay in the social skills and not on the technology , good social skills will attract people and you can grow and you will see in the hard skills , a profitabele business model .
