Who else is on the google spyware info gravytrain?

These terms appear to give google the right to modify pages, insert their own ads, insert pop-up page ads, sell your surfing, searching, buying, identity, details, stop you using the service if you don't click enough ads or buy enough stuff?

The intention is pretty clear. The terms are untenable.
