Warren Buffet and his thoughts on Bitcoin -- "Speaking to CNBC anchor Becky Quick ahead of Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting in Omaha, Nebraska on Saturday, the billionaire investor said bitcoin — the largest and most well-known cryptocurrency — is "probably rat poison squared."
I agree with Warren. Bitcoin has no real mass market value. My question is what is Bitcoin's value proposition. So far no one demonstrated its value.
Bitcoin's underlying technology, Blockchain, does have value. It is unfortunate that Bitcoin was its first application. There are so many good things that can create value using Blockchain technology.
It is time to get off the Bitcoin wagon and move on to something that can create real value.
