I have 18 years of experience in consumer insights consulting, with an expertise in analyzing data and providing recommendations that guide an organization to deliver best-in-class experiences. In my Advisory Services role at Diebold Nixdorf, I work with our Strategic and Enterprise Banking accounts; helping to optimize their physical delivery networks. Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, I managed M&T Bank’s enterprise-wide customer experience measurement program, delivering insights and recommendations to over 1,000 employees. I received my MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and reside in Buffalo with my wife and two boys.
