- 2 pt jump in NPS(one of Lloyds Banking Group business outcome). Achieved NPS of 71 compared to target of 69.This NPS is highest so far for this europe largest digital bank which serves 17.1 million digital customers
- The key reason for NPS increase was delivering innovative features like like cancelling subscription on click of button and real time notifications.
- Migration of an legacy bank to cloud platform
- Adoption of new technology set e.g. React native for big retail bank leading to decrease in bank's cost income ratio
