Agree with Balazs Fejes views of going where bank customers dwell more - Resturants, malls rather than 'Well designed Physical branch'.

Journey needs to start of dis integration of branches to build low foot print branches - Service points / Meeting points for customers ofcourse technology can be enabler to achieve it.
