Jen’s experience scaling products to meet increasing customer demand will be invaluable as we continue to expand our platform to support ongoing innovation in financial services.

Over the past two years we’ve added new payment, lending, and anti-fraud capabilities on top of our core account linking and onboarding solutions. The demand for these new products has been even greater than we anticipated. It’s clear the growth and cost savings that we’re unlocking for our customers is improving outcomes for their end users and their businesses, and we take that responsibility seriously. I am confident Jen is the right person to help us do even more to support the more than 8,500 companies we are fortunate to call customers.

As I got to know Jen and spoke with many who have had the pleasure of working with her, it became clear that she possesses intellectual humility centered on an obsession with customer needs. As digital finance becomes the norm across every industry, from banking and lending to auto to real estate to retail and more, this approach will be important in shaping the future of our network.

I look forward to working in partnership with Jen as we meet new opportunities and challenges as an industry. While the only thing certain is uncertainty, it’s clear we’re still in the early stages of building the future of financial services and I can’t wait for what’s next.
