Graham Ridley brings over 20 years of fintech and banking experience to IFX Payments. He will operate as a vital resource across the business, helping key stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives and deliver a positive return on investment. In his role, Graham will promote scalable solutions to optimise performance throughout IFX Payments, as each of the divisions grows.

Graham joins from Barclays, where he looked after large and rapid-growth companies in the foreign exchange and payments space, driving growth in the bank’s fintech and payment service provider (PSP) offering. Before Barclays, he spent nearly 13 years at Bank of America working in payments and operations.

Will Marwick, CEO at IFX Payments says: “As a business, we’re constantly looking at ways in which we can grow and prosper, and in 2024 we’re making a series of new hires to achieve our ambitious targets. Graham will be playing a fundamental role in optimising and advancing our progression and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”

Graham Ridley comments: “I was drawn to the dynamism of IFX Payments and can’t wait to get my teeth into the business’s growth strategy. We need a more globalised approach to financial crime and compliance across the industry - this is not news - but until that is achieved, we need to explore ways to deliver best practice as a business. Innovative technology is at the root of this and a cornerstone of the culture at IFX Payments. I’m looking forward to playing a part in what’s to come.”

IFX Payments is a global fintech innovator on a mission to build an accessible, frictionless and complete digital payments experience, removing the burden of managing complex treasury processes for scaling businesses. It employs over 150 people worldwide, with offices in London, Warsaw, and Dubai.
