Pontoro, the financial technology company creating a proprietary and structurally differentiated platform intended to unlock greater access to institutional-grade private market real assets, announced today it has added three senior executives.
• Depankar Neogi joined as Chief Technology Officer.
• Jacqueline Dentner joined as Managing Director of Private Market Products.
• Josh Pandolfi joined as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager.
The announcement of new senior management follows the company’s recent oversubscribed Seed II funding round announcement.
“We are delighted to welcome these well-recognized and talented industry leaders to our team,” said Antonio Vitti, CEO and Co-Founder of Pontoro. “From our start, we have set out to bring in top-caliber executives who can guide and help us realize our vision, and Depankar, Jacqueline, and Josh fit perfectly with the culture of excellence we are building at Pontoro.”
Depankar Neogi leads technology and innovation as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he oversees platform development, integrations with industry partners, and future solutions, including community advancement and other key initiatives. Neogi also manages the company’s diverse team of engineers who are responsible for delivering functionality to meet high quality architectural and regulatory standards. Along with the build out of its technology team, Pontoro is building its capacity with senior leaders in finance.
Leading product development for Pontoro is Jacqueline Dentner, Managing Director of Private Market Products. She is responsible for structural design and implementation of the Pontoro platform, as well as managing the company’s business operations. Formerly, Dentner was the Head of Product Development and Product Management for Alternatives at Morgan Stanley.

Pontoro senior leadership team has a combined global $100 billion infrastructure finance track record, and includes Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer Antonio Vitti, who holds over twenty years of experience in structured finance, Co-founder & Chief Investment Officer Bob Dewing, former Managing Director, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Infrastructure Debt Strategy, Head of Product Isaac Eleftheriadis, former Senior Technical Product Manager, BitGo; advisors Paul Naumann, former Managing Director, GE Energy Financial Services, Martin Reese, former CFO, InterGen, Annemarie Tierney, former
VP Head of Strategy and New Markets, NASDAQ Private Markets, and Paul Atkins, former SEC Commissioner, among other recognized leaders across the infrastructure finance, regulatory, technology, and blockchain sectors.
Each of the new senior executives expressed enthusiasm for Pontoro’s mission and the strength of the company.
Depankar Neogi commented, “What initially attracted me to Pontoro was the team and the company’s role in bringing a complex solution to the market that doesn’t yet exist. The founders, Antonio Vitti and Bob Dewing, are taking on a big and important issue in the world of finance and have a methodical blueprint to execute their vision.”
Jacqueline Dentner added, “Pontoro is building a unique platform that solves a number of market participant issues including greater access, liquidity, customization and price discovery. I look forward to being a part of the next stages of growth and product development.”
“Throughout my career, I have seen the challenges both banks and investors face,” said Josh Pandolfi. “Banks are under increasing pressure to manage their exposures and create additional lending capacity, while investors are seeking access to and liquidity in long duration, stable, cash yielding assets. I’m excited to join a team that is taking a pragmatic approach and is positioned to succeed in solving for these dual challenges.”
