The partnership leverages Crowdcube’s market-leading investment platform with SeedLegals’ industry standard legaltech platform to provide founders a solution for each step of their fundraising journey:
find investors
combine public retail offers with the tools to facilitate private investments from exempt investors
complete fundraising legals quickly and cost-effectively
raise ahead of a round and top up an existing round
‘roll up’ multiple investors into a single line on the cap table
Over the coming months Crowdcube and SeedLegals will add product integrations to make it easier for companies to combine raising from Crowdcube’s investor community of 1.3 million investors with using SeedLegals for getting SEIS/EIS approval, issuing EMI share options to their teams, getting R&D cashbacks and the legal contracts for running their business.
