“Launching this collaboration with Stripe is especially timely as startups everywhere begin planning for the next few years of building in Southeast Asia. More than ever, it’s essential to be laser-focused on what can best catalyse growth and innovation opportunities. Being able to tap on proven blueprints across different functions from a global company like Stripe will be especially insightful for the companies in our portfolio,” said Chris Sirise, Partner at Saison Capital.

Starting in July, the insights programme will see operators and founders from Saison Capital’s portfolio company connected directly with Stripe leaders across product, engineering, public policy, recruiting and sales.

Startups will be able to tap on specific and actionable insights during sessions which will take place both 1-on-1 and in group learning sessions. Stripe’s team will unpack learned insights across product roadmap development, market expansion planning, in addition to talent strategy around recruitment and retention.

The insights programme is the first initiative for Saison Capital and Stripe’s Startup Partnerships team who are exploring opportunities to build on this partnership with further initiatives to grow Southeast Asia’s startup ecosystem. This includes additional learning resources with a specific focus on Web3 topics, and networking opportunities for founders of its portfolio companies, Stripe’s network and the broader fintech ecosystem.
