Lending Works strengthens its team with eight leadership hires

Lending Works, the UK’s leading embedded consumer finance provider, has further strengthened its team with eight key leadership hires to lead the company’s continued expansion.

Graham Dodds joins as Chief Product Officer, responsible for the financial aspects of Lending Works’ loan products and customer experience. He joins from TSB, where he was most recently Head of Loans, and with his responsibilities in this role providing extensive experience in credit risk management, loan pricing and customer experience.

Dodd’s appointment rounds out the executive committee at Lending Works. In addition to the founders, Dodds, COO Jonathan Kramer and CRO Ines Maia, LendingWorks boasts a strong senior leadership team with wide-ranging skills and experience.

Lending Works further added to its leadership team with Donna Quinn joining as Head of Compliance, Jomart Tleujan as Head of Strategic Finance, Andrew Long as Credit Risk Manager, Tommy Fennelly as Head of Data Science, Isaac Perez as Head of Infrastructure, Virginie Allaire as Head of FP&A, Adam Robery as Head of Pricing and Performance and Eduardo Narros as Principal Kotlin Engineer. These team members held leadership and senior operational roles at Lloyds Banking Group, TSB, NewDay, Wells Fargo, IBM and Thompson Reuters.

Lending Works resumed lending activity in early 2021 and strives for sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
