Formed in 2019, Single Rulebook provides a solution that lets firms search, share and manage the multitude of complex regulatory rules on a single digital platform. The solution offers firms a search and navigation functionality with dynamic rule maps that set out a visual guidance on interdependent regulations and the correlations between the various regulatory rules. The software allows you to integrate and coordinate a firm’s handling of regulations by many different people so as to make their approach consistent. In addition Single Rulebook can be integrated into a firm’s existing policies, systems and controls.

Dario Crispini, CEO of Kaizen Reporting, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Single Rulebook to the Kaizen team. Following the acquisition of MDM Compliance Systems and the launch of our Shareholding Disclosure Service in September we are as determined as ever to ensure that we offer our clients the best solutions in helping them fulfil all of their regulatory needs. The acquisition of Single Rulebook further enhances our offering to compliance teams struggling to cope with the burden of regulatory rules and ensures that they are not only able to interpret them properly but also report on the actions and course they have taken internally.”

Wim Nelen, CEO of Single Rulebook, commented: “We are thrilled to be part of Kaizen. Having recognised a fundamental gap in the market for a software that helped firms manage the numerous and ever changing regulatory rules we designed and built Single Rulebook. By joining Kaizen we will be able to offer clients a full range of services to help them reduce their regulatory risk. What differentiates us from other firms is the software’s ability to search, navigate, collaborate and integrate with a firm’s existing policies, systems and controls.

In September 2020 Kaizen acquired MDM Compliance Systems and launched its Shareholding Disclosure Service which provides a shareholding monitoring and reporting solution to all financial institutions who are exposed to disclosure requirements.
