The new internet banking is based on ETRONIKA digital banking platform BANKTRON. The project was started in 2019. In it’s press release Baltic International bank states that the new internet banking offering comes with improved functionality and user experience, as well as updated security solutions.

Head of Digital Channel Development, Product Development Department, Baltic International Bank, Jānis Osis told: “We have introduced new platform that allows us to be more efficient, faster in our further development, introducing modern and innovative solutions. Project focuses on two important factors: security that has become essential in today’s world, second, user-friendliness that to a large extent sets the rules in the digital environment allowing the User to work intuitively, comfortably, using the device that is available at the particular moment whether it is a phone, computer or tablet.”

Home screen provides information about the payment accounts and products with the possibility to tailor them to individual requirements of each client. For the user friendliness we have developed easy-to-navigate internet banking that will allow: to conveniently access and make payments, receive information about transactions in the account, control payment accounts, information about payment cards, fixed-term deposits and loan status, as well as to apply and make changes in the services of the Bank.

New internet banking allows to perform multi-level payment signing and application approving option, will offer fast payment function, selecting them from the list of recipients. We also developed a smart payment form that modifies according to the information client enters. For the fast and comfortable processing of several payments we have introduced payment import and payment summaries export, added search function, as well as possibility to approve several payments at once. New improvements will allow making financial statements and performing transactions in a simple and comfortable way.

“We are glad Baltic International Bank trusted our digital banking platform BANKTRON for this very important transformation. Users should definitely enjoy the new internet banking as Bank’s representatives set high standards for usability, security and flexibility of the platform.”- stated Arnoldas Jankūnas, CEO at ETRONIKA. “Created using low code approach, new digital banking serves as a powerful platform for rapid banking products development and launching, thus from now the bank will be able to respond to the needs of the clients’ or regulatory requirements in a fraction of time.”
